Rommel Villa
Vice President
Born in the Philippines, Rommel Villa took a unique route on his way to being involved with the gold industry. Before moving to the U.S. in 1994, he began his career working for his family's business, Krona International, where he worked for several years. It was after this that he became a computer programmer in the Philippines working for PepsiCo, among others.
After moving to the U.S. Rommel began his career with Easy Leaf Products as a purchasing agent. He held this position for nearly three years before being named to his current position of Vice President in May 2005. He credits his B.S. in Business Administration along with the patience and determination he acquired as a computer programmer as qualities leading him to a successful career with the company.
Rommel's duties include handling daily operations, as well as employee and customer relations. He enjoys the daily interaction with clients and shares the company’s policy to provide excellent customer service and top-quality products.
Most of all, Rommel enjoys the freedom his job at Easy Leaf Products allows him. He appreciates the Neuberg family's openness to his suggestions and how well they receive his ideas and vision for the company. They treat him, and all of their employees, as if they are family and express value in each person.
Rommel considers it an honor to be a part of such a globally respected company and continues to be intrigued by the gold industry. He feels Easy Leaf Products has yet to tap into their full industry potential. He recognizes their capacity for growth is expansive and is confident the company has an increasingly promising future.
